Spots. Before graphic design I was always drawing. In fact, I thought that I'd be an illustrator at some point in my career. My stylized approach to illustration was developed in college while taking a class where direction was to simplify an image of a matador for a project. This lead to my creative process with developing simplified icons. With a passion to continue drawing, I have pursued illustration assignments as part of my capabilities. Illustration is the closest thing in commercial art that feels like fine art. There's something about seeing your work published and on display for the world to see.
